Weekend
Thursday I ran 5 and 3/4 miles to make a total of 25 miles for the week. I took the weekend off and ate (and yes I had 2 glasses of wine I made it white wine...it's lower calories and easier to digest, I didn't want to be rude to our hostess)...we walked a ton and even climbed up 9 flights of stairs. We climbed down 9 flights of stairs 2 or 3 times. So surely I couldn;t have gained too much...I am NOT weighing this week. I am going to run my 25 miles and drink my slim fast and hope for the best next week :-).
