Tuesday

Today we swam. I had my 2 slim fasts, several mints, water, salad and yes some cheerios....I was STARVING after I did 6 miles on the tredmill. I ran 3 walked 3. I wanted to do 2 more miles, there just wasn't time. SO, I will do 3-4 miles tomorrow, hopefully in the morning. I did not weigh myself..I figured I might get depressed if I had gained. I will just try to concentrate on exercising and limiting my food intake...it will be a few months before I feel skinny again.
