Monday

I ran 5.30 miles today. I am hoping to make 25 miles again this week. I can see improvement as I push myself to run more. I am definetly seeing weight loss, yay! I am hoping to make it below 115 soon. Hopefully to 115 by my birthday. I have a shirt I want to wear for my birthday that doesn't fit right now....it should fit if I make it to 115! 9 weeks left! Once I make it down there, hoepfully I'll be sue to running this much. Then I can work on speed and maybe adding some mileage.
