Monday
Okay today mid day I weighed 129...so yay that is alteaslt below 130. I slept 4 hrs, ran 5miles this morning (straight with getting off once or twice for water and a bathroom break and walked myabe 2 min). I have done my other exercises as well. I was supposed to go to the gym to ride the bike and read; however my dad cam and fixed a few things in my house. I was indesperate need of a plumber and I am extremely greatful for his handy skills! I did eat cheerios tonight, even though I had already had a salad...surely that is still within my calorie allowance.
